1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Each eligible individual may hold one account only on bd99bd. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in a verification request may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your bd99bd account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after deduction of any applicable fees and subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

• Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within 10 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment provider and the time of the request relative to Bangladesh Standard Time business hours.
• bd99bd reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of prior verification status.
• Withdrawals of funds that were deposited but never wagered may be subject to a processing review. bd99bd reserves the right to apply a handling fee to such withdrawals at its discretion.
• Bonus funds that have not satisfied their applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Outcomes

8. Prohibited Conduct

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bd99bd platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without bd99bd's prior written consent.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

bd99bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player.

Upon voluntary closure or termination without cause, any remaining verified real money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Nothing in this section prevents bd99bd from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any appropriate jurisdiction to protect its rights, property, or interests.
